| United Way Executive Director Jack Walsh spent a recent morning
traveling to post offices throughout the Valley as part of the Combined
Federal Campaign. The campaign raises funds from federal
government employees throughout the United States. Walsh said,
"Federal employees, especially postal employees, have been very
generous in supporting our United Way and community services. This
is not only true of the CFC, but also with the food
drive that we work together on every spring."
Walsh accompanied representatives of the Combined Federal
Campaign and Postal Carriers Union Official ron Persico to post
offices in Ansonia, Seymour and Shelton. Derby had already completed
their campaign. |

speakers and watch a video about the Combined Federal Campaign. |
