There is an urgent need for Delta Frequent Flyer Mile donations to help the UWA/SkyWish Program.
The program receives daily requests to fly patients with life threatening illnesses to their medical treatments around the country.
Did you know your Delta SkyMiles can make a difference to someone with a life-threatening illness who needs to be flown for their medical treatment within the USA?
A 2-year old child was flown with his mother from Rochester, NY to Houston, TX to have a brain tumor removed by one of the few surgeons in the country who has the unique skills to do this intricate surgery on a small child. He is now home and doing well.
The UWA/Delta SkyWish Program desperately needs donations of Delta SkyMiles, to continue to help patients in need. Each round-trip flight requires 25,000 donated miles, and in the cases where one relative must accompany the patient, 50,000 donated miles are required to cover two round-trip flights.
Your donations can be made in any amount starting with a minimum of 5,000 miles, and Delta will provide one mile for every five miles contributed.
